Tape Slitting Machine

The tape slitting machine is an industrial device used for slitting and rewinding various tapes, plastics, and other materials. It is suitable for materials like release paper, adhesive films, tapes such as BOPP, PE, PET, adhesive tapes, double-sided tapes, self-adhesive materials, release paper, and more. This machine features both central and surface rewinding capabilities, allowing it to easily handle substrates of different widths and thicknesses, making it widely applicable across various industries. The minimum slitting width is 50mm, and the maximum rewinding diameter can reach 600mm.

Additionally, to meet the demands of increased production capacity, various levels of automation in drive control, slitting, material loading, and unloading are available as optional configurations.

• Equipped meter counter device which is auto stop while the meter reached
• Unwind & rewind diameter reached, it is auto stop
• Rewind shaft can be quick changed to air shaft and differential shaft
• Scrap rewind system can be applied for left & right movement in surface type or applied for air blowing type by options
